Punch is taken only in Fieldforce — office staff without GPS, field executives with GPS. Payroll reads that clock. Leave, claims, salary slip and mail are here so you never need the HQ app.
What this app does for you
Attendance punch
Start the day on Today. Office staff punch without GPS. Field executives punch with GPS on. Close the day when work is done. This is your present / absent for payroll — do not punch in HQ.
Beat and shop visits
Today shows your route. Check in at each shop with a photo, log the call, then move to the next party.
Parties, orders, collections
Add merchants, take SKU orders with live stock and schemes, collect cash or UPI, and keep ageing in view. Stemo, Solventon, Teabazar and Allbuymart catalogues live here.
Leave
Apply from More → Leave. Status (pending, approved, rejected) comes back here. Approved leave keeps you off the missing list.
Expense claims
Travel, fuel, stay — submit with a receipt photo. Accounts approve or pay from the desk. You track every claim here.
Salary slip
Download or print the last six months from More → Salary slip. When accounts disburses, the slip stamps PAID with the voucher.
Internal mail
HQ circulars land here. Write HR or accounts and reply from the same inbox. You do not log into the company desk for mail.
